A publicist for George Carlin says the legendary comedian has died of heart failure at a hospital in Santa Monica, Calif.

Sadly, one of the greatest cult comedians died earlier today. He will live on in our hearts... although, I'm sure he's glad to get out of this terribly shitty world. He defied all that was spoken against in his hay day. I'm sure will see something come out of this soon from his wake.

Well, I'm extremly happy that I actually got accepted into a 130 student program where artists from all over New York are chosen to attend Fredonia College to get some college classes and some extra credits towards their degrees.

 There is however a double edged sword to this, ill be gone for a month which means that the plans i had for DJ'ing during the summer might crumble for the first month, but if i manage to get an internet connection going at the college and bring my laptop i might be able to start DJing from there (if my class times permit it)

This is the first time ill really be able to go to a college all the way across NY state and by myself to boot, so that really helps me experience what college life is going to be like when i possibly move to the West coast to attend DigiPen university...Xes since i wont be around for the 4th of July... Happy Independence day in advance

Just finally got everything all squared off with Xes and my laptop is finally ready to start broadcasting on the stream.

Have to say thanks many times to Xes for helping me fix some of the problems around here, and I also have to thank him for allowing me to DJ back on the station about two months ago... Man that was fun and lets face it, he has a way of getting people to do things that they would have never thought about doing in their entire lives :)

As of right now, I have no scheduled time to stream but hopefully within a week I'll have a time slot for playing and maybe even weekday slots due to the summer break from school, help you guys chill off during these hot summer days.

 Anyways, I'm am one happy son of a b**** right now... But I am also tired as hell right now from doing errans most of the day on top of school.

I don't believe this, yet more squabbling within the big giants of the music industry about rights and sueing every day people.

 This time a guy who picks up rare promo cd's from 2nd hand music shops and sells them on ebay. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7412671.stm

But what I don't understand is if the UMG or whatever they're called thinks that "some of the items he offered for sale online were promotional copies and not authorised for sale to the public." Then why is UMG sueing the guy who went to a 2nd hand shop to buy it? It's the retailer on the street that sold it to him in the first place that they should be dealing with. Even though I don't think they should be dealing with anyone in all honesty but obviously these people need to pick a fight with someone.

But it's really sad. I mean the promo CD is the art and work of the musician and often the reason these CD's end up in 2nd hand shops is because some radio station somewhere had a clear out. It is pathetic for the

So it was brought to my attention that there is a hell of and article out there that is an argument about whether or not to leave the lid down, or the seat up.  Honestly.. I leave the seat up.   I walk in i piss i walk out.   When i have company, I leave the lid down.   No one wants to look into my toilet unless they have to.  

 But why is it that women want the lid up and the seat down?   I mean seriously... WHY?
