Congratulations on your 5th birthday!!!!    5 years for an MMO is awesome!   Most MMOs don't make it that long these days.   Congratulations and i hope for 5 more years of this MMO!!!!!

All we need now is some Prozac and we're set... oh right, I mean we've updated the website and touched it up with a bit of class. Overall, the site should be a bit more readable and easier to pick up on links. More of the left side of things, you'll see its a bit more colored but in subtle tones. Hope this makes us all the more enjoyable instead of looking at dark colored round boxes. Boxes were never meant to be round other wise they'd be misshapen circles. We've also updated the forums which will operate a bit more smoothly than it ever has. The Blogs has also received its finishing touches as well.

Another big thing here is the frontpage, we've always had in mind to make it a bit more functional (more or less useful really). Previews of recent reviews and blogs, latest posts in all sections of the site including the forums, and we gave it a bit more space than the previous banner did.

In Eve-Online news:
The voting for the Council of Stellar Management has begun today. Make your voice count and vote! Remember that the voting ends May 19, 2008 and the Council members will be announced May 21, 2008. On that note, we would like to also announce that later today (if not tomorrow) Evecast will be publishing its first episode in 2 years. Season 2 will bring you the greatness that everyone use to enjoy. The first episode of this season will be a bit different however and be bit smaller than usual. It will have the usual hosts and news announcements, but it will also include some interviews of the Candidates for the CSM elections. So you may want to listen to the show and get your insight on who you want to vote on first.

If you're not sure what CSM is even about, then view the reasons, background and the intention of the CSM or see what the exact mechicanisms of the council's functions are.

So the other day, while the Autoplay/Streaming PC that I use decided to go tits up on me, Karn and I were on the phone and he yelled at me.  He said "POST UP A NEWS ARTICLE FFS."   So I've spent quite a bit of time sitting here thinking about what to post up.   Mind you I shouldn't be typing this up but I should be working on my grad school paper, I wanted to get that done this weekend.   Not looking like that is going to happen at the moment. 

Anyway, so I need to post up something that is a bit more real to the news.  Okay, here we go.

We are looking for new voices.  Not just to DJ but for sweepers and promos and things like that.  So if you think it would be cool to hear your voice on the radio, get a hold of myself (xeserox), dante, Karn, gil, or even better you can post up something here.  Hell post up in there if you want to be a voice, or even if you want to try your hand at DJing to see if you like doing it!

EON magazine's Zapatero is in the process of interviewing Myself and Dante for EON magazine.  EON magazine, for those that are going to ask, is a magazine based all around eve-online.  So yeah we are prolly going to be seeing some new faces around here.

Eve-Cast is in the middle of getting a revival at the moment.  Why?   Because ontop of working on EON stuff, we are trying to get Eve-Cast back on it's feet.   Since it was the original eve pod cast we went it running again and we want it running as a show here on EUR with WDA.  That way we are the news Source of Eve-Online again, but not strictly focused on EvE.
